I'm Dr. Eszter Popovics, the founder and owner of Home Staging Studio. I believe that every property holds its best version within – it just needs to be revealed.

I started my career as a lawyer and spent more than 10 years in corporate and leadership roles after university – working in multinational environments, law firms, and small to medium-sized companies in both mid- and senior-level positions. During this time, I developed a structured mindset, the ability to quickly understand complex situations, and a strong focus on finding effective solutions. At the same time, I increasingly felt the need for a creative outlet.

I began working with Home Staging while living in Cyprus between 2019 and 2022. I was first introduced to it during a British College Interior Design and Home Design course, which immediately sparked my interest. Through my very first projects, I experienced how much of a difference it makes when a property is thoughtfully prepared for sale or rental – and I was instantly drawn to this approach.

After returning to Hungary, I continued working in this field, and my activity has since expanded internationally. I have completed and currently manage Airbnb and Home Staging projects in Cyprus, Italy, and Egypt. While my primary focus is Hungary, my international experience allows me to approach each project with a broader perspective, strong market awareness, and up-to-date design trends.

In Hungary, I mainly work in Budapest and around Lake Balaton. At the Balaton, I have furnished and styled several show apartments from concept to completion, focusing on creating an immediate “wow” effect while supporting successful sales.

For me, Home Staging is a strategic tool. It helps properties stand out on the market, sell faster, achieve better prices, and create an instant emotional connection with potential buyers.

In my work, I combine a structured, business-oriented approach with creativity. Transparency and trust are key for me – I want my clients to clearly understand every step of the process. My legal background provides a strong foundation in this.
